Custom Made Whiskey Barrel & Antique Reclaimed Wood Dining / Bar Table 52 Top

  

Offered for sale is an absolutely gorgeous one-of-a-kind handmade bar or dining room table made in Michigan in 2021. The table base is a whiskey barrel with custom work done to reinforce the staves and create 4 separate legs while retaining the original barrel rings. This barrel was first used by a whiskey distillery in Michigan and then was used for a whiskey aged stout beer by a Michigan brewery in Southwest Michigan.

The top is handmade with 100+ year old wood which was salvaged out of what was formerly a turn-of-the 21st century dentist office in South Haven, Michigan in one of its historic main street building's second floor walk-ups. There has been a polyurethane pour treatment on the top to preserve and protect the wood and allow for this piece to be easily cleaned and used for regular dining or bar use. The top is securely connected to the bottom by stout hidden hardware and it is able to be removed for safely transporting it.
